Business Development Manager (based in Poland)
We are a mid-size company delivering 4–5 complex SaaS applications annually across various domains, including marketing, healthcare, law compliance, insurance, and HR management. You will be joining a collaborative Sales Department that currently consists of 2 Sales Specialists and a team of world-class Marketing Experts. As a Business Development Manager at LaSoft, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in the US and European markets. You will identify and engage potential clients, build long-term partnerships, and promote our software development services. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, delivery, and executive teams to develop a scalable pipeline, close deals, and help tailor our value proposition to client needs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development, and passion for technology and client success.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in an IT outsourcing or software development company;
- Proven ability to plan and execute business development projects, set up meetings with C-level executives and decision makers;
- Experience with presales activities, client communication, and preparing initial project documentation;
- Understanding of web and mobile software development life cycles and service delivery models;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- C1 English (spoken and written);
- Based in Poland (preferably Warsaw);
- Positive track record.
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Existing network of warm leads or contacts relevant to the LaSoft industry;
- General understanding of the IT outsourcing business;
- Knowledge of Polish or German is a big bonus.
