LaSoft Academy is a free practical study program to start an IT career by LaSoft Web & Mobile Development Company. Our goal is to educate and employ top graduates who will become the next generation of IT specialists. Almost 80% of students were employed by our company and became an integral part of our community.
 

Academy's Program:

The Education program consists of two stages.

The first stage is a theoretical part with practical homework and mentor consultations. The duration is about 2.5 months.

The second stage is the development of the project in a team with conditions as close as possible to commercial ones. It takes around 1-1.5 months.

The best performing students will be invited to join the LaSoft team.
 

Program overview:

Months 1-2 – self-paced theory, weekly mentor sessions

Months 3-4 – work on a real project

Who Can Apply:

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Understanding of programming principles
• English proficiency at intermediate level (B1) or higher
• Willingness to dedicate 6–8 hours per day to study
• Basic knowledge of Bash, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, and Git
